Properly make a fireworks starmine

In this pyrotechnic video tutorial you'll see how to properly make a starmine. Starmines are pyrotechnic devices that fire a cloud of stars in the sky, or at a lower height. It's a short fireworks effects, but spectacular. To make one, you'll need a thick cardboard tube, a scale, pencil, tape, hammer, rammer, drill and drill bit, bentonite clay (or kitty litter), life powder (granulated black powder), some meal powder, the stars and a black match fuse.
