This is a popular Thai dish everyone will enjoy. You will need jasmine rice or long grain rice, garlic cloves, Thai red and green chili peppers, cooking oil, chicken meat, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, red bell pepper, fresh sweet basil leaves, cucumber and cilantro sprigs. You can control how hot the dish is by the Thai peppers.
