Prepare carne asada tacos

Ingredients

1/2 pound carne asada

2 shakes of garlic salt

4 small white corn tortillas

1 tablespoon of soybean oil

1 tablespoon of onion diced small

1 tablespoon of cilantro chopped

2 scallions

Mis Padres Salsa, radish and lime to garnish
Directions

Get a large cast iron pan hot and add the oil

Place the meat in the pan and sear on both sides, seasoning with garlic salt, about 1 minute per side

Remove meat from pan and chop into small pieces

Put meat back in pan and crisp

While meat is crisping slide to one side of the pan and char the scallions

Heat tortillas and stack on a plate 2X2

Top with carne asada and garnish with onion, cilantro, salsa, scallion, radish and lime
