How to prepare Asian style lettuce wraps

In this particular video we show you how to make Asian style chicken lettuce wraps. What you will need for the chicken lettuce wraps: -1 lb of ground chicken -6 shitake mushrooms, fresh or pre-soaked -1/2 can of bamboo shots (diced small) -1 can of water chestnuts (diced small) -1/2 onion (diced small) -1 bulb of garlic (diced small) -1/4 cup of fresh ginger (diced small) -2 green onions(diced small) -If you have cilantro (Chinese parsley) add it in as well -2 TBs of Sesame oil -2TBs of Soy Sauce -Sprinkle Sugar or non-calorie Stevia Sweetner to taste
