Ingredients
2 cups chopped mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen but thawed (Freestyle)
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 cup heavy cream or 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
2 cupS Original Bisquick mix or ready made pastry shell
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions
Saute all the vegetables until they are soft, then add cream
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Add chicken and vegetables to a pie dish
Mix the remaining ingredients (Bisquick) until blended
Pour into a pie plate
Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown
