Cooking a live lobster (or any other animal) is a disgusting and unnecessary cruelty. It is not just the cooking, it is also the cruel confinement with rubber band restraints during transport from the supplier. If you don’t believe me that it is unacceptable, contact your local animal protection society and ask what their policies are, with regard to live cooking.
