Hello, my name is Nicole Valentine and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to talk to you about how to coordinate birthday games for a birthday party. Now let's talk about another common game that you can use at a birthday party. And you may recall this game from youth. Paper, rock, scissors. We're going to display this game for you. You ready Robert? Now, let's go over the hand movements. This hand movement represents the paper. Of course it's flat, and it's kind of easy to remember. This hand movement represents the rock. Then the third and final hand movement represents the scissors. Now each person, they're going to say paper, rock, scissors like so. Hand out, you can use your left hand and then right hand can represent the rock or a fist and they're going to say paper, rock, and on the final one they will decide if they're going to use the rock and stay in the same hand movement or decide to use the scissors or decide to use the paper. The rules are for paper, rock, scissors is the paper covers the rock. So let's say my partner here Robert has his hand out flat and he decides when we say paper, rock, scissors that he wants to be the rock and I chose for the scissors which means he won because the rock breaks the scissors. Paper, rock, scissors. The paper covers the rock. So the paper would win. Let's say that Robert chooses the paper and I have scissors. Here we go; paper, rock, scissors. The scissors cut the paper, so I would be the winner. This is a common game that is a lot of fun because the participants get to use their body part and of course competition is the icing on the cake.
