After the "i still believed in more" part you play an A chord and pull off, hammer on and pull off on the B string 2nd fret before switching to the Dmaj9 chord. Then I play the bass line on the low E string with my pinky finger (see video)

Also, I made a small mistake at the end. I switch to an E chord when I meant to switch to an A chord. I switch to the correct chord immediately, I just thought that I would let you know so no one calls me out on it.
