I heard cocunut and cocunut milk was good to use for the hair and skin, so I bought 2 of them and didn't realize I didn't know how to open it. This was agreat video thanks

If you poke two holes in the part that has holes you can drain the milk first.
Also, keep it in the fridge. When it is cold the coconut meat comes out easier.
