Your body ought to form an inverted V. Lower your head toward the ground and bring your head forward. Your nose should be just above the ground. Then glide your chest forward, bringing it between your hands. Now raise your head and chest up toward the ceiling while your hips stay low toward the ground. Hesitate in this position for a count, then reverse the move. Lower your chest and face, then bring your hips back toward the ceiling.
