Watch this video to learn to do cool tricks with Poi. To do a forward 3 beat weave, start your Poi in the forwards swing, bring your right hand to your left side underneath your left hand while bringing your left hand to your right side, swing your right hand back to your right side while swinging your left hand under your right hand, staying on your right side. Alternate.
