Perform the bar hold or parkour flag trick

Perform the bar hold or parkour flag trick

This is an amazing freerunning or parkour trick that takes a ton of core control and strength. Stretch out like a flag on a pole, keeping your middle perpindicular to the ground, stiff as a board. This move takes lots of upper body strength as well. Mount in important to making the flag stick.
