Perform poi hip reels

This is a quick how-to video to help some people who are having trouble with the wrist action for low reels in poi. Getting this rolling action with the wrists will make your reels easier and will make learning advanced poi simpler. This is not a flashy video, but should still help some of you improve your poi.
