Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body work out with frog sprints. To perform this exercise, you start by getting into squat position. Lean forward so that you are now on your hands and toes, with legs wide apart, knees bent at 90 degrees. Your arms should be bent with elbows out wide. The idea is to spring upward, pushing with your hands and feet, leaving the ground each time. Modify by springing with only the hands or only the feet if you can't get all limbs off the ground. This really fatigues the quads, but aim to do as many as you can in 60 seconds.
