Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to work out your upper body with explosive push ups. You can do these flat, inclined (hands planted on raised surface), or declined (feet planted on raised surface). Lower your body, push up explosively and clap between pushups. You can clap in front or behind your back or over your head. This is a great core and upper body workout.
