BMX: Catch Some Air

The art of creative biking has never been more challenging and rewarding than it is now. Check out the tricks for a guide to BMX mayhem. Watch this video tutorial to see how to perform an ice pick grind on a BMX bicycle.

Trick: Ice Pick Grind
Difficulty: Hard

1. A balance trick focusing on the back peg, alone.
2. Jump and kick the back wheel down, landing on the back peg and grinding.
3. Ride out in a smooth grind.
4. Don't lean too far back, or you'll loop out and get done.
5. Don't lean too far forward, or you'll fall out of the icepick into a different grind.
