Pass a California motorcycle skills test

Pass a California motorcycle skills test

Safe motorcycle riding requires knowledge
and skill. Testing two-wheel vehicle operators is the best measurement of the skills necessary to operate safely in traffic because people often overestimate their own abilities.
To obtain your license, you must pass a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill test. Motorcycle skills test questions are based on information, practices, and ideas from the California Motorcycle Handbook. They require that you know and understand road rules and safe riding practices.
These videos produced by the California Department of Motor Vehicles should help reinforce safe motorcycle driving practices and help you on your way to passing your motorcycle skills test and getting your motorcycle driving license.
