Mix two classic Collins

Learn how to mix the Tom Collins and Raspberry Collins. The Tom Collins is light and refreshing and can be mixed in many different ways. The drink first appeared in the 1870s!
Ingredients:
Gin
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Soda

Directions:
Mix, strain over tall glass with ice.

For a raspberry Collins:
Gin
Lemon juice
Simple syrup
Soda
raspberries

Directions:
Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of the glass, add the same ingredients as above.
Shake with ice, strain over a tall glass with ice. Make sure you strain out the raspberry seeds!

Start becoming a master mixologist! It's fun and easy and you can impress all of your friends with your bartending skills. The Collins is a great drink to start with! Garnish with raspberry and lemon wedge.
