How to mix The Pisco Sour

Ingredients:
Pisco brandy
simple syrup
fresh lime juice
Egg white

Ingredients:
Mix all ingredients together and shake first WITHOUT ICE. Then add ice and shake again. Strain and serve in chilled cocktail glass.
