The Old Fashioned is a classic cocktail which every bartender should know how to mix! Repudiated to have been first made in Kentucky.
Ingredients:
sugar cube
Bitters
water
orange zest
Bourbon (like Maker's Mark)
Cherry
Directions:
Muddle water sugar and bitters. Then add orange zest and muddle some more. Add ice and top with bourbon. Garnish with cherry.
The Old Fashioned cocktail is one of the first ever made and is both easy to mix and great to drink!
