Mix the Caipirinha

In this step by step instructional video master mixologist Chris McMillian. The Caipirinha is a classic south American drink.

Ingredients:
Small lime which has had the pit removed
Granulated castor sugar
Cane liquor

Directions:
Muddle the lime sugar and liquor together in a glass. Fill with ice and top with cane liquor. Shake with ice and DO NOT strain.

The Caipirinha is a Brazilian classic and easy to mix. You will be on your way to becoming a master mixologist once you have got this cocktail under your belt!
