Mix sangria, an orange daiquiri, and sparkling tea

NAIT Culinary Arts student Matthew Helstein shares how to make a sangria, a creamy orange daiquiri and sparkling tea. For sangria, you will need a red wine (Shiraz or Merlot), lemon lime syrup, brandy, and ginger ale. For sparkling tea, you will need chammomile tea, lime vodka, raspberry juice, and club soda. For the orange daiquiri, you will need lemon lime syrup, orange concentrate, fresh oranges, orange juice, dark or spiced rum, and cream.
