It doesn't need to be St. Patrick's Day, nor do you need to be a member of the IRA to enjoy the explosive cocktail concoction known as the Irish Car Bomb. You will need Guinness beer, Bailey's Irish Cream, Irish whisky, a pint glass, and a shot glass. It sort of tastes like alocholic chocolate milk.
