Mix a Kir Royale B 1:25

Whats the drink of the day? The Kir Royale.

Mixologist Steve Calabro makes a drink that is popular at weddings, the classic Kir Royale which is champagne and chambord mixed. Maybe you could use some cheapo blackberry or raspberry liqueur but why skimp now?

The Kir Royale is one of the most elegant drinks you can make, and really makes it okay for persons under 50 on non-special occasions to drink champagne.

Cheers!
