How to max the strength stat in Final Fantasy VII

So you beat the final boss in Final Fantasy VII and it seemed way too easy considering the amount of time you've invested into this epic game. There are two additional hidden bosses in the US version of Final Fantasy VII: Emerald and Ruby Weapon, both of which are substantially more powerful than the final boss.
