There are alot of specialized foods that are not readily available at a local supermarket. It would be helpful to make this recipe with more common ingedients that would still produce the same results

Eh...do your research.Soy is not always the best choice.I'm sure this recipe could be modified to accomodate a healthier vegan choice.And keep in mind all those GMO's she neglects to mention.
