You will need a toaster oven
1/2 loaf of crusty French bread sliced in half length wise
1/2 cup bottled tomato sauce
2 handfuls of shredded mozzarella
Directions
Put your toaster oven on broil
Spread each half of bread with sauce and then each half with cheese
Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble
