If peach pie alamode is peach pie with ice cream on top, this is upside down peach pie alamode. Fresh peach pie filling over ice cream, topped with crumbled pie crust. In the video it was made from scratch, but if you're baking a peach pie, and happen to drop it pulling it out of the oven, throw what you can salvage on top of some ice cream, and tell your guest you made this.
