An unusual fruit flavored coucous dish made with cranberries, butter, orange zest, ginger, cinnamon, and almonds. This looks to be the perfect side dish match for the suggested pan seared salmon. The host just got turned onto to couscous, I just got turned onto quinoa. I'm going to have to try her recipe with both bases.
