Two hosts talk about tapping maple trees, resources to learn more about maple syrup making and the trees used to make syrup. You do not need sugar maple trees to make syrup. They show you where to tap, only inserting them in a tree 1 1/2" into the tree. They also show you the sugar house, the trees and the kitchen.
