Make lazy vegetarian lasagna

Ingredients

2 jars of your favorite marinara sauce

1 pint riccota cheese

1 cup fresh grated parmesean

1 (16oz) package of no boil lasagne noodles

1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried garlic


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Place the riccota in a large bowl and mix 1/2 of the marinara sauce into it, once combined add the eggs and mix well

In a 13X9 inch pan spread a layer of the sauce down, cover with noodles then riccota mixture, then a sprinkle of dried thyme and garlic powder, followed by parmesean and mozzarella cheese. Put another layer of red sauce down and repeat the above. You should have for layers of pasta. The last layer top with the sauce then any remaining cheese

Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes more. Remove from the oven let cool for at least 10 minutes and serve
