Make Indian roti (whole wheat flat bread) with Manjula

For this recipe you will need:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup and 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water
1/4 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of ghee or clear butter

You can get a 20# bag at the ethnic store. I just bought one and I am feeling sick every time I eat these. Wheat overload. AM I allergic to wheat? I feel naucious, lathargic, and tired each time I eat these. Any ideas?
