How to make Indian aloo parathas

For this recipe you will need:
1-cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt
Canola oil

For the potato filling you need:
1-1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
