Wow Doctor! I didn't know BUTTER was dairy free! That's awesome! I can't wait to give my violently lactose intolerant 2 year old some butter tomorrow. If my in-laws made it, they'd make it with butter...since you clearly say butter a couple of times. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure butter is made with cow's milk., which is technically not dairy or casien free.
