How to make fresh shrimp spring rolls

We all love Spring Rolls when we got out for Asian Food- but you'll be amazed at how easy and fun they are to make at home. This way, you can choose whatever fillings you like and enjoy this treat anytime. You will need fresh corlander or cilantro, fresh bean sprouts, carrot, shrimp, package of round, dried, rice tolls or rice paper, cucumber, sweet basil and soy sauce. If you don't eat shrimp, you could use slices of cooked chicken instead. Serve the spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce or use other dipping sauces such as hoisin sauce and Thai chili sauce.
