This is a spicy cooked egg dish, fantastic with toast of hot chapattis for a classic Indian breakfast. You will need vegetable oil, onions, green chilies, ginger, turmeric powder, dhili powder, tomatoes, eggs, milk, salt, coriander leaves, mixing bowl, whisk, sharp knife, non-stick frying pan, and a wooden spoon.
