Make delicious oven fries.

Ingredients:

-Few pieces of Potatoes
-Olive oil
-Salt and black pepper to taste
-Dry Oregano, Optional
Direction:
-Heat up the oven to high heat
-Slice the potatoes thin slices
-Mix all the above ingredients and mix well with the potatoes in a baking pan
-Bake in the hot oven for 30-40 minutes until the edges are browned and the top is golden
