Make Coca Cola chicken

Ingredients

12 chicken wings

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 pieces of star anise

3 stalks of green onion cut in 1 inch pieces
Directions

Toss chicken with salt, pepper and star anise and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Put chicken in a medium size pot and add can of coke

Bring to a boil then turn down and let simmer for 40 minutes

Remove chicken and garnish with green onion
