Make clarified butter

Clarified butter is butter that has the milk solids and water removed. To do this, heat butter in a pot over low heat. Slowly melting the butter allows the impurities & water to boil off, & the milk solids to settle at the bottom. Clarified butter doesn't burn like regular butter, so it is wonderful for cooking.
