Make chili and ginger chutney

Try this hot chutney to brighten up any grilled meat or fish dishes that have lost their appeal. It's sure to be a success. All you need is sugar, peeled whole tomatoes, peeled and chopped fresh ginger, garlic cloves, vinegar, dry hot chilies, a large cooking pan with cover, wooden spoon, hand blender with herb chopper accessory, ladle, and jars with lids to store the chutney.

2kg chutani needed in resturant not in a house. also if mistake happens whole lot will be spoiled..u should start with 200 gr cutany as trial basis
