How to make chicken tikka masala

A traditional and very popular Indian chicken dish which is bursting full of flavor and color. You will need chicken breasts, olive or groundnut oil, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, onions, minced fresh ginger, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garam masala powder, tomatoes, tomato puree, water, salt to taste, yogurt or coconut milk, coriander to garnish, a sharp knife, chopping board, plate or tray, mixing bowl, large wide pan, wooden or regular spoons, and a bowl for mixing the spices.
