Make beer can chicken on a frill

Summertime is grilling time! Watch this how to video on how to make delicious grilled beer can chicken perfect for your summer backyard BBQ. The beer will give the chicken amazing flavor and will ensure that the whole chicken cooks evenly. Enjoy!

Beer can chicken ingredients:
1 whole chickens
3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Beer can stand/Beer can

Directions:
1. Heat the grill to medium high heat.

2. In a small bowl combine sugar, salt, paprika, ground black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

3. Rub the outside and inside cavity with the rub.

4. Tuck the wing tips under.

5. Fill a beer can stand with 1/2 a can of beer, or use a 1/2 filled beer can.

6. Holding the chicken upright slide it over the stand/can so it fits inside the cavity.

7. Cook with the grill closed for an hour and 15 minutes.
