Make beef noodle stir fry with Kai

Forget the take out tonight, cook some Chinese food at home instead. Watch this how to video tutorial as professional Thai chef Kai shows you how to cook up an authentic dish of stir fired beef noodles. You can serve your homemade stir fried beef noodles with a side of rice.

Beef noodle stir fry ingredients:
1/4 lb beef (slice into small bite size)
4 cherry tomatoes halved
1 clove garlic (minced)
1-2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp seasoning sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp water or chicken stock

* Cook beef over medium high heat until beef turn pink or done. Add sugar, cheery tomatoes, seasoning sauce. Stir until sauce thickens. Add noodle, dark soy sauce. Stir in water or chicken stock to make noodle cooked and soften. Turn off heat and garnish with beansprouts and chopped green onion.
