Very, very poorly explained. Definitely not for the average person. Filled with many holes in the explanation. A lot of the instruction is left to guess work. For example; Arrange the loops in a penteradial formation, like a starfish!"

Not for people with basic to intermediate skills with rope work.

Nice tutorial, it is a little difficult to follow. I would reccomend to anyone else to use two, six or seven foot long ropes for the center. I had used five foot ones and they came up short. I also added an upside down goodluck knot to the top of the handle, after it was done to make a "hilt" and to help prevent the knots slipping.

A neater more finish appearance could be achieved by whipping the handle instead of the run of crown knots. Then finish the tail end of the falls with two more crown knots. I would also whip the free ends of the falls to prevent them unraveling.
