Make a needle-felted sweater

Crafter Sarah Rosensweet shows how to turn a vintage sweater into an adorable felted spring sweater for a child. Materials needed are and adult vintage wool sweater, washing machine, detergent, sweater template, sewing machine, roving, acid dye powder, optional, citric acid, optional, boiling water, optional, plastic wrap, microwave, 4-inch thick foam pad, felting needle (36 to 38 gauge) and grosgrain ribbon.
