Make a low sodium seasoning salt

Spices not only make your food taste better, but they can also help you control high blood pressure. In this how to video Ms. Fullroller demonstrates how to make a seasoning salt that will help you take share of your healthy while making your food taste delicious. Use a pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder for the season salt or create your own recipe.

Mix the following ingredients:
3 tbs Pepper
2 tbs Paprika
1/2 tbs Onion Powder
1/2 tbs Garlic Powder
Tumeric
8 tbs Salt
