I have received several Flip videos which I cannot access. The pause icon changes to the play icon (arrow)and they go back and forth without playing anything. I've tried clicking the two smaller arrows in the lower right-hand corner of the screen but to no avail. Can you help? I have Windows XP using AOL9.1..these videos are important...thanks...Mrs. Vera
