Make a death by chocolate cake

Learn how to make this easy, delicious death by chocolate cake.

Flour mix
-2 cups flour
-2 cups sugar
-1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate mix
-2 sticks butter
-4 heaping tablespoons cocoa..
-1 cup boiling water
Egg mix:
-1/2 cup buttermilk.
-2 beaten eggs
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon vanilla
Icing:
-1/2 cup pecans finely chopped
-1 3/4 sticks butter
-4 heaping tablespoons cocoa6 tablespoons milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-3 cups powdered sugar

Direction:
-In a mixing bowl combine the ingredients to form the flour mix.
-In a saucepan, melt the butter first then add the rest of the ingredients to make the chocolate mix.
allow mixture to boil for 30 seconds, then turn off heat. Pour over flour mixture, and stir lightly to cool.
-In another bowl, mix the ingredients to form the buttermilk and egg mixture
-Stir this mixture cake batter.
-Pour into sheet cake pan and bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes.
-While cake is baking, make icing:
-Chop the pecans finely
-Melt 1 3/4 sticks butter in a saucepan.
-Add 4 heaping tablespoons cocoa, stir to combine, then turn off heat.
Add:
-6 tablespoons milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla
Add 3 cup powdered sugar
Stir together.
Add pecans, stir together, and pour over warm cake when it first comes out of the oven.
Cut into squares, serve warm, at room temperature or cold with coffee, tea or milk! Heaven!
