WRONG,WRONG,WRONG,WRONG ! ! NOT the way anyone who is from Brooklyn mixes the Egg Cream. Chocolate syrup FIRST, then milk, then add the seltzer while stirring. Not for nothin', but friggin' foreigners don't know how to do it.
