Make a California Dream cocktail

Matildo Nieva and VideoJug demonstrate how to make a California dream cocktail. Why bother with the American dream when you can go straight for the Californian one? Light, dreamy and unquestionably quenching. Into the mixing glass, add the tequila, the sweet vermouth and the dry vermouth. Ensure that the strainer is over the top of the mixing glass and pour into a long cocktail glass.
Decorate with a maraschino cherry. For best results, listen to the Beach Boys whilst you drink for that ultimate Californian feel!
